The mists are lifting

This is it boys and girls ... The last post on this blog. It is a sad to us all (especially me), but I knew that this moment would come since I started this blog out back before the expansion was even launched. Now it too is part of the big battle chest and it does not exist on its own anymore so in a way this blog should have been long dead, but because of utilitarian reasons I kept it going. Those reasons are done for and as such this must be done as well. It was nice sharing a few thoughts through it, but I guess it was enough. Thanks for all the visits and please take care and enjoy your game.

WoW Version 6.1 Updates

Time is ticking and passing and alongside it we all pass as well. Such as it is the good old expansion that inspired me to create this petite blog and rant about Warcraft is all but history and right now the game is preping for the update that will be brought about by version 6.1. Among many other interesting updates that this patch might bring about we find the following features: blood elf model updates, selfie camera, new recruit-a-friend mount and achievement and plenty of updates to content and core which should be making our lives ever easier (Lives in game that is ... This new patch won't cull the threat posed by the Islamic State or the conflict from Ukraine, but it clearly is a pretty nice detterent from all the insanities of the real world).

Also as the game and core files are updated the guides and addons that urasable in-game (such as Zygor or Tycoon) will also need to be updated as well and in case you've already joined any of those you have the updates for 6.1 included in the price. In case you didn't and are ready to give your gaming a boost then I suggest you scoop them out (I made a small reference and gave a few more details in this post - WoW Patch 6.1 Updates - from my main blog). Or alternatively you can just use the direct encrypted links from the sidebar. Anyways these two guide provider are even today with the latest patch best in business and their services are still just as high standard as they were back in the days when this blog was still relevant (not that it's not relevant anymore or anything).

New and Improved Zygor (6.0.3)

As the next expansion is just days away the boys from Zygor have prepared their guides and are basically ready to power level and improve each and every aspect of your life in Azeroth with their brand new version of guides. Zygor Guides viewer 5.0, the brand new Garrison Guide, the updated old guide and the secret addon that will be revealed tommorow are just a few of the things that require your attention. Feel free to check out all that they offer over by Zygor for WoD and give them a shot too by checking out their official reports as well as soon as they come out.

And while you are there make sure to also look up their credentials because of what I can see the boys know a thing or two about making good quality guides and thus won't really have any trouble pleasing even the most pretentious customer. Just go for it and who knows maybe we'll meet in-game at some point, just let me know you've been around!

Mists of Pandaria Ending & Patch 6.0.2

So guys the time of the Iron Horde is nigh and thus the time of the pandaren influence on the game is slowly, but certainly drawing to an end, thus let us speak a little about the things you should probably do before 13.11.14 cause after that they will no longer be possbile. Wrathion's legend quest! In case you haven't done it or haven't taken advantage of the favor buff that was active during these past weeks, allow me to remind you that this questline will no longer be attainable after the game updates to version 6.0.2 in November. Also the Brawler's Guild challenges will update to suit level 100 players and the old content will no longer be available in a similar way to the arena seasons with which we have grown so used to.

Off course you wouldn't want to miss anything from the Iron Horde coming events, especially the level 90 special version of the Blackrock Spire. Now there most certainly are plenty of other things I must have skipped as well so for a full preview of all the updates that we know of so far on Warlords BETA 6.0.2 do check this more complete article - Warlords of Draenor 6.0.2 Updates. And for now this seems to be quite about it on the more or less important updates concerning our favorite MMO. We'll be back as soon there are more important things to report, whenever that will be.

Final Mists of Pandaria Cinematic

So this was it boys and girls, the end of the Mists of Pandaria expansion, be it good or not so good, wether you were you weren't content with what the game offered it finally came to an end and as all good things that can never end entirely, this too will change and hopefully move forward into a new era of Warcraft, after more than 20 years the saga still goes strong and there are plenty of beautiful stories to be told and retold in different manners so that we may actually enjoy the amazing fantasy of Azeroth to its full potential. To celebrate this end and beginning of the new chapter the fellas from Blizz released this:

In a very hilarious 1 min short video we are confrtonted with the aftermath of the encounter that presented us with the warm Mists of Pandaria greeting given by Chen Stormstout. Off course that the whole game is supposed to be a fun experience without too much violence and just a pinch of alcohol on the side, but overall we're all supposed to be friends and enjoy the company of our foes in-game as much as we do with our friends. But leaving all the nicities behind and talking only about the bright future ahead of us, I managed to put together a small article on some of the model updates from Warlords of Draenor and also criticize a little on the side a thing or two about the updates, so if you are looking forward to that just drop by and enjoy the read right here: Warlords of Draenor New Character Models. And so it ends, because all good things must also come to an end, but not before letting you know that with any end comes yet another beginning and for us it would seem that Warlords of Draenor will be this new beginning ... Let's just hope it will live it up to the expectations.

Final Mists of Pandaria Tycoon Update

The chaps from Dynasty have finally updated their Tycoon Gold Guide with some of the latest and hottest new tips and tricks on making a boatload of gold in no time with some new small tricks of the trade (a couple hints and suggestions on some Timeless Isle items and some less known items that sell for an insane amount gold and truly aren't all that difficult to come by). This is the second update since patch 5.4 came out and it is also here because Blizzard also updated the game with another series of hotfixes some weeks ago when they released patch version 5.4.8 in preparation for the upcoming launch of this fall with Warlords of Draenor.

Anyhow, I would like to tell you that the new tricks are really making a killing out there and that Tycoon Addon has once again lived up to its reputation of the best selling and most trusted and used gold guide for World of Warcraft out there, so do check it out if you haven't done so already. Also we'll be back with more updates as they, but from here onwards I believe that more updates will be given on the brand new Warlords Blog that you can find alongside the other useful on the right. Still after a lot of considering I thought that this blog will still be kept for more important game updates.

Dynasty Addons or Zygor Guides

So today on the petite list of updates I have  small featuring of two charming product provders that go by the business names of Zygor and Dynasty. To tell you the truth both of these chaps had it going on for quite some time even before Mists of Pnadaria was launched and were right on the top while the new patches (up until 5.4.7 came out) and now while we wait for Warlords of Draenor, we could say that there basically isn't much of an update challenge to be held, but still both teams fight for the title of best guide/addon provider for Warcraft. Now it's really hard to tell who is the best, cause you know ... They're both quite good at what they do and one way or another they all manage to cover all the player needs, but still who should you choose. To help with that I made this article here: World of Guides: Dynasty or Zygor where I take a closer look at what both these vendors provide in terms of guide config and all the other stuff you might want to know before taking a look at their websites yourselves. Certainly do feel free to check them out and don't worry about whatever comes next cause these chaps will have you covered in terms of almost anything they can possibly change with the upcoming expansion.

Patch 5.4.7a Hotfixes

Damn long time no updates on this wee blog of mine ... Truth be told I actually forgot it even existed up until I noticed it's one of the best "small blogs" I've made quite recently. So to speak a lot has changed since my last post here and Tycoon, became part of the Dynasty Addons series (see Dynasty Addons) and the game moved on to the final patch from Mists of Pandaria, which already heralds the coming of the new expansion as seen in the good old updates on Warlords of Draenor. There was a lot of talk on the topic regarding those updates on the other blogs, but much still remains shrouded in darkness. One thing is for sure and that is the fact that Mists of Pandaria was a good patch and we enjoyed playing it and loved where they took the game.

With these being I recon it would be good to mention that they just applied one of the latests hotfixes and solved a couple of bugs in the process by making our guides and addons useless once again. So do feel free to drop by Dynasty (former Manaview) or Zygor to update your guides and be ready for the last glory days of Pandaria, before Draenor takes her place as the tip top place of questing in Azeroth. There would be still quite a lot to add, but perhaps some other time we'll have to time to catch up, for now let's just enjoy what we have and play some Hearthstone while we're at it!

Tycoon Gold AddOn 5.4 Update

So then a couple of days Blizz finally released to the widespread public more info on patch 5.4 and to be more specific what we are interested here is The Timeless Isle from where one may get geared, rich and obtain plenty of mounts and pets to show off with.

For now let us just focus on the Rich part and mention that the fellas of manaview have been working on the PTR as to improve their guide for when patch 5.4 is released. And we are all still anxiously awaiting the release of the raid and the final notes on how will the grand encounter with Garrosh be like. But up until then, let's just finish and wrap up patch 5.3!

Finally the fellas of Blizz have announced the opening of the final raid from Mists of Pandaria, that is off course The Siege of Orgrimmar (as it was anticipated). Off course there are going to be other interesting updates such as Raid Flexibility (in terms of difficulty) and off course the never ending flow of new items and new gold making ways.

And since we mentioned the new stuff it would be good to also speak about the updates that Zygor, Dugi and Manaview will have their guides undergo. Pwnboxer Review

I finally managed to get that review of which I was talking on some earlier post (on one of them blogs, not sure quite which). Anyways I mentioned previously the powers of multiboxing with a few pluses and minuses, so now I shall waste no time in telling you that I customized all of them in a nice review for Pwnboxer.

So that thing I mentioned earlier is finally live and kicking on my main blog and it can be read and rated over by Pwnboxer Review. Patch 5.3 Escalation Launch

The story moves on once again. This time the lead role is taken by the trolls and those who we once called masters and faction leaders are now our greatest enemies. Perhaps some of those we once called foes shall soon be our allies in time of need and perhaps the whole conflict will this end. Or will it just simply lead to even more bloodshed on all fronts between the raging the Alliance and the tattered Horde? Only time (and the next expansion/patch will tell). 

For now let us turn out attention to the new updates brought about by the new patch (5.3) nicely called Escalation, cause things just simply got so out of hand!!! But we as players don't care about that too much! All we care about to be honest is drinking and getting our gear! And since we talk about getting gear, consider one of them guides to help you with that acquisition of yours: Warcraft 5.3 - Escalation Guides has a little something something on a guide called Zygor and addon entitled Tycoon that might just prove useful for you chaps trying to best the game out there!

Booster Leveling Addon 1-90

So guys if you are having trouble leveling to 90 in WoW, although I doubt that's the case given the fact the game becomes extremely dull and at certain points stupid as a plant, there are several ways of doing things.

1. One you could just simply struggle a little longer and play harder
2. Two you could drop by and get a premium guide (such as Zygor or Dugi) 
3. Three you could just simply try and get the new and improved Booster Leveling Addon (Booster 1-90 Leveling Review link here!)
4. Four you could just simply try to find these for FREE on the web (and also get a totally free of charge Trojan or any other kind of bitchy virus ... probably)
5. Or Five, you could just simply give up playing and do something more productive with your life (advisable if you find yourself unable to take World of Warcraft "in moderation" as recommended)

   

   It actually is 1-90, but the damn old banner looks better than the new shit they have ... 

And that's all that there is to it, so my suggestion is you choose 3 (Three), but still 5 is also rather advisable for extreme gaming addiction case.

WoW Patch 5.3 Testing News

So guys it's been a fun ride and believe me when I tell you that this new expansion, Mists of Pandaria, really saved the whole Warcraft saga, because it was damn fine, everything from the models till the amazing storyline, the game was just simply awesome.

And the final patch, 5.3, brings the end to it with a whole load of cool updates. New models, new mounts, new battle pets and much more. Another battleground, Gold Rush and a brand  new arena, Shado-Pan will be greeting players in the future patch. Not to even mention the final grand design for the huge raid on Orgrimmar. Also still in the arena fighting version if things there are said to be some serious updates for the Brawler's Guild, with a whole set of new challenges.

Finally I would also like to say that the guides are also prepping the updates and getting ready for the update, cause you know whenever you have a new patch of updates you also deal with a whole load of gold making ways in-game. So, Tycoon Gold is getting ready for Patch 5.3 and so does Zygor with all his guides. But for more news drop by WoW Patch 5.3 PTR and be sure to stay tuned for the updates as they come.

So we finally have the release of the new patch trailer and you know since I am all about the story when it comes to games (well more or less) this is certainly a happy time for a post! Patch 5.3 - The Siege of Orgrimmar

So guys the patch was announced to be the last of the the Mist of Pandaria expansion long before the damn thing was even launched. And quite frankly I guess everyone is a little worried, how will this play off? Cause no offense, it sucks to be on the Horde's Side a playing an orc or a troll when this thing will be going down, if you feel me ...

For now all that there is to it are speculations, and more speculations, but we're sure Blizz is working on it so that we may have one hell of an ending to this one too! Pretty sure it's going to be neat! However till we'll find that we shall be taking a look at some of them updates that went down for guides and addons since the new MoP updates!

Patch 5.2 - The Thunder King

And the latest update brings some pretty fresh (and I underline this, it is fresh, not new!) content in the persona of the thunder king. Virtually there is an isle with some new stuff to do on it, if you ask me I could say it is the Pandarian counterpart for Isle of Quel'Danas because virtually most things are the damn same (except you know the story and monsters you need to beat). Talking about monsters, here's the preview to the patch:

Well did you see it? I mean yeah quite frankly that's all there is to it a few modified textures on some good old mobs. Plus there is also that new PvP system that makes the world go wild this time with the same good old red versus blue! Mists of Pandaria Patch 5.1

Straight to the point, aye? The world is growing and so does the conflict between the horde and the alliance. Although there still is a pretty long time till we may finally lay siege to Orgrimmar, the battles still rage on even on the shores and plains of Pandaria.

Alright so I recon you've made yourself an idea about how things stood by the time this patch was on! Well if you did so, you will surely be delighted to hear that there are plenty of updates that include these patches in terms of guides and addons. Here I will be giving you just a few:

Edge Talent Addon - Since the big change with talents of Mists of Pandaria, you really should check these tricks out in order to make the best out your character in terms of raiding and pvping!
